Hot news: Australian Open quarters ready

The Australian Open gets more exciting as the final rounds will feature very interesting matches between the top players. In spite of some minor upsets, the quarter-finals will feature 7 of the Top 9 players. Just Svetlana Kuznetsova and Anna Chakvetadze are missing. And the only unexpected quarter-finalist is Agnieszka Radwanska who upsetted Svetlana Kuznetsova and Nadia Petrova.
The top half is really though and it will include a replay of last year Sony Ercisson WTA Championships final between Justine Henin and Maria Sharapova. The winner will face either Serena Williams or Jelena Jankovic, with the american as the clear favorite.
On the bottom half there is also an american-serbian match between Venus Williams and Ana Ivanovic. The winner of this will be favorite to reach the final, as the tie between Daniela Hantuchova and Agnieszka Radwanska seems to be the weaker.
