A former teen prodigy, Lucic broke into Top 40 in 1998 when she was just 16, reaching Wimbledon semis in 1999, but dropped in the rankings afterwards, and even quitted tennis for some years. She came back in 2007 and failed to get back to the top level until this season, when she finally got back into Top 100.

The shameless Bulgarian, now representing Kazakhstan, was a teen (16 yo) Roland Garros quarter-finalist and then served a 2-year doping ban. A thunderous return was expected, but she hasn't managed to break into Top 100 again yet. At least, the cheeky Girl with the Butterfly Tattoo has shown herself training in bikini.
